We accept new leader applications 24/7, 365 days of the year. We can only accept candidates who meet our basic qualifications. If you match ALL the conditions below, you are welcome to join us!

We are GLOBAL Leaders from around the world!
Most participants of LbE programs (our clients) are Japanese. They want to learn about the world around them. Therefore, we are seeking non-Japanese residents/international university students/dependents that are able to share about their unique cultures and knowledge from around the world. Today, we have Global Leaders representing over 100 countries!

Fluent in English
LbE Programs are conducted ONLY in English
Candidates must be able to be proficient and fluent in the English language in order to communicate with the Global Leader Team and participants. The use of Japanese is NOT allowed in any LbE Program, therefore, Japanese skills are not required.

When you apply, you must prove that you have valid documentation that indicates that you could work and receive compensation specifically from our organization. (e.g. foreign students typically will need to obtain a working permit stamp on the back of their residence card from the immigration office.)

Upon approval of your Registration Form, the Global Leader Team will send you an email with instructions. Proceed accordingly.
Step 3
Upon final approval, you will receive an invitation to access a recruitment app, where you may update your availability, sign up for programs, and be alerted if you are selected for programs.
